The Business Education Program provides tangible support for South Australian businesses to expand internationally.

The Department of State Development host and support a series of events and workshops on a wide range of topics to provide businesses with relevant information on key markets and economic opportunities, to increase an understanding and chances of success when doing business in and with targeted regions.

With outbound missions planned to the following regions: Middle East and North Africa (MENA), North Asia, South East Asia, China, Europe, USA and India, a program specific to each region will be delivered.

Understanding South Australia - Singapore business partnership opportunities

This seminar will provide information about the potential trade and business opportunities with Singapore and through Singapore to the rest of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) region. Keynote speaker is Singapore’s High Commissioner, His Excellency Mr Fook Seng Kwok. He will provide an overview of opportunities under the Australia-Singapore Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. Also hear from Tri-Net Logistics Deputy General Manager Kenneth Tan about Singapore as an important ASEAN logistics hub, AgeGlo Founder Richard Leong about market entry and sustainable growth strategy and President of the Australia Singapore Business Council Ernie Goh about opportunities for South Australian enterprises.
